Tasting Notes

Probably the most SPICY 🌶️ gravy I’ve had in quite a while! Good flavor, but extra spicy sausage. The biscuits were quite dense, but still a fairly normal height. The dish came with eggs, but they also had an option without. My one main critique is that the biscuits should have been served open-faced, especially given their density.
