Tasting Notes

Delicious gravy with the perfect consistency and spiciness. The biscuits were on the small side, but cooked to perfection - white and fluffy on the inside. Additionally the biscuits were not served open face which gave me a big concern on the amount of gravy included. However due to the smaller size of the biscuits the ratio wasn’t off too terribly bad. The pairings, eggs and hash browns, were perfect. As of now, this is definitely one of my favorite biscuits and gravy dishes in the Bay Area.
