Tasting Notes

Large biscuits that are the perfect balance of outside crispiness and inside fluffiness. The sausage gravy was a good density as well. Somewhat unique, the dish comes with home fries on top of the biscuits but underneath the gravy. In the future, I’d ask for them on the side, but the potatoes were excellent nonetheless. Overall a really solid biscuits and gravy plate that is quite filling.
