Tasting Notes

Giant, fluffy, delicious biscuits topped with a quite spicy gravy. The gravy’s spice made it delicious, although it was definitely at the top end of what I would consider accepted for gravy spiciness. The two biscuits are quite large, with the appropriate relative amount of gravy making this a substantial dish. I had ordered eggs as a side, but was barely able to make a dent in them due to the size of the dish.
