Tasting Notes

The gravy had good flavor of spicy sausage and surprisingly, heavy on onions. This was quite different from other gravies. The biscuits were underwhelming and appeared to have not risen correctly. The gravy pulled most of the weight in this dish. Additionally, the consistency of the gravy was different than usual - not in a bad or good way - but I’m still trying to put my finger on what it was. It appeared somewhat watery visually, but it didn’t taste that way at all. Overall, it was fairly good given the quality and uniqueness of the gravy.
