Tasting Notes

The two open-faced biscuits were quite dense and had a nice crisp on the edges that gave them a great flavor. The gravy was a fair density, but was quite salty. There wasn’t nearly enough gravy for the dish, but you could order more for an up charge. A potato hash or sorts came on the side and was good. Overall, it was a pretty good, and I’d be inclined to visit again when in Friday Harbor.
