Tasting Notes

The gravy was excellent, and the biscuits were slightly crispy on the bottom, which I like. The biscuits didn’t rise as much as one would expect, making them a bit less fluffy and more dense. Hash browns came on the side and we’re solid. Overall, the dish was great!
