Tasting Notes

Dish is a 4 or 5, but biscuits and gravy specifically, a 3. Pet peeve - menu says biscuits, but only one biscuit. Pairings were fantastic and generous. Gravy had good density, but very little on the plate. They did bring additional when asked. Gravy was somewhat bland, but had a slight sweetness to it that I couldn’t quite place. However, it was still good with a little salt and pepper. The Biscuit was quite dense and nice crispy edge.
