Tasting Notes

Giant, fluffy biscuits with the perfect crisp on the edges. Absolute perfection. The gravy was a good consistency and flavor, but would have benefited from some sausage in it. Due to the size of the biscuits, it was quite a large dish, so having something a bit more hearty in the gravy would have been nice. Overall great dish.
